Tess, the host for Strictly Come Dancing, takes us behind the scenes each week to show us what went on with the contestants. With the beginning of week seven, there were 10 pairs left to dance. It was a difficult week for Andrew Castle.
Andrew Castle injured his knee during the week whilst training, making it difficult to be smooth on the dance floor during his competition. At the end of the week, it was time for the results show and the dance off.
Heather was, again, in the dance off like many weeks past. She was struggling with nerves and the dances, but was soon nicknamed the “Cat with Nine Lives.” Each time Heather would dance, she would still manage to pull out all the stops in order to stay on the show.
Saturday was full of drama as the stage competition was nearing an end. Cherie lost her style in front of the judges with a salsa. However, she did make it through and will continue into week eight.
Austin was, again, a dancer to wow the crowd and the judges. He had a great routine getting some of the best scores and his first 10. The man certainly has style when dancing and will get down and dirty when needed. Of course, it could be that his looks have a lot to do with the votes from the public as he is one great-looking man. It also seemed that the judges, Len and Bruno, were a little tired from their constant flying.
If you work behind the scenes, exhibition stands may come in useful.
